- You must not be self-excluded from gambling with us or through GAMSTOP

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
3.3 Identity Verification
We are required by law to verify your identity, age, and address before you can withdraw funds or in some cases before you can place bets. We may request documentation including photographic ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions or closure.
4. Betting Rules
4.1 Acceptance of Bets
- All bets are subject to these Terms & Conditions and our betting rules
- A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by our system
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion
- Maximum payouts apply and are available upon request
- Bets placed after the official start of an event may be declared void
4.2 Odds
- Odds are offered at the time of placement and may change at any time prior to acceptance
- We offer both fixed-price odds and Starting Price (SP) options
- Where "Best Odds Guaranteed" is advertised, the greater of the fixed price taken or the SP will be paid on qualifying bets
- Early prices are subject to change and may be withdrawn without notice
4.3 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
- The bet was placed in error due to a clear pricing or system mistake
- The event is abandoned or declared void by the governing body
- A runner is withdrawn before coming under starter's orders (non-runner)
- Regulatory or integrity concerns are identified
4.4 Each-Way Betting
Each-way bets consist of two equal parts: a Win bet and a Place bet. Place terms are determined by the number of runners and the type of race:
- 2–4 runners: Win only, no place betting
- 5–7 runners: 1/4 odds, places 1–2
- 8–15 runners: 1/5 odds, places 1–3
- 16+ runners: 1/4 odds, places 1–4
- Handicap races (16+ runners): 1/4 odds, places 1–4
Place terms for greyhound races follow the same structure based on the number of runners in the race.
5. Horse Racing Rules
5.1 General
- All horse racing bets are governed by the rules of the relevant racing authority (BHA for UK, HRI for Ireland)
- Results are determined by the official result declared by the racecourse, including any amendments following a stewards' enquiry or objection
5.2 Non-Runners
If your selected horse is a non-runner, your bet will be void and your stake returned. In multiple bets, the non-runner leg is treated as a void selection and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections. Rule 4 (Tattersalls Rule 4(c)) deductions may apply to remaining runners following a late withdrawal.
5.3 Rule 4 Deductions
When a horse is withdrawn from a race without a new market being formed, deductions may be applied to winnings in accordance with Tattersalls Rule 4(c). The scale of deductions is based on the odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal.
5.4 Ante-Post Betting
Ante-post bets are accepted on races well in advance of the event. No deductions apply for non-runners in ante-post markets. If a horse does not come under starter's orders in an ante-post market, the bet is a losing bet unless otherwise stated.
6. Greyhound Racing Rules
6.1 General
- All greyhound racing bets are governed by the rules of the Greyhound Board of Great Britain (GBGB) or the relevant governing body
- Results are determined by the official result as declared by the track
6.2 Non-Runners & Reserves
If a greyhound is withdrawn before the race, the bet will be void and your stake returned. Where a reserve runner replaces a withdrawn greyhound, bets on the original selection are void. Bets on the reserve are only valid if the reserve was specifically selected.
6.3 Trap Challenges & Re-Runs
In the event of a no-race declaration, bets are void unless the race is re-run, in which case bets stand for the re-run. If a trap challenge occurs, settlement will be based on the official result.
7. Dead Heats, Walkovers & Other Outcomes
7.1 Dead Heats
In the event of a dead heat, the stake is divided by the number of dead-heating selections and paid at full odds. For example, in a two-way dead heat, half the stake is paid at full odds and the other half is lost.
7.2 Walkovers
In the event of a walkover (where only one runner goes to post), bets on the winning selection will be settled as winners at odds of 1/1 (evens) or the starting price, whichever is lower. All other bets are void.
8. Payments & Withdrawals
8.1 Deposits
- Deposits can be made using accepted payment methods as displayed on the website
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply
- We do not accept third-party deposits. The payment method must be in your name
8.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed back to the original deposit method where possible
