If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email us at support@ab-bet.co.uk with the subject line "Complaint". We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a final response within 8 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) for free, independent adjudication at www.ibas-uk.com.
