Fair Play Policy
Our Commitment to Fair Betting
A B BET is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and trustworthy betting environment for all our customers. As a UK Gambling Commission licensed operator, we adhere to the highest standards of integrity and fair dealing in all our operations.
This policy outlines our approach to ensuring fairness across every aspect of our business, from how we set our odds to how we resolve disputes.
How Odds Are Determined
Our odds are set by experienced traders who take into account a range of factors including:
- Form and performance data of runners
- Track conditions, going, and distance
- Jockey and trainer statistics (horse racing)
- Trap draw and track bias (greyhound racing)
- Market movements and industry prices
- Betting volumes and liability management
Odds may fluctuate based on market conditions and are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are honoured (unless Starting Price is selected).
Bet Acceptance Policy
We aim to accept all bets placed by our customers in good faith. However, we reserve the right to:
- Decline or limit any bet at our sole discretion
- Restrict the maximum stake on any selection or market
- Close or suspend a market at any time
- Void bets where a clear error has occurred in the odds offered
Where a bet is refused or limited, we will endeavour to inform you of the reason where possible and appropriate.
Maximum Payouts
Maximum payouts apply to all bets placed with A B BET. These limits are in place to manage our financial exposure and ensure sustainability. Maximum payout limits are available upon request and may vary by race type and market.
In the event that a bet would exceed our maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the applicable maximum. This applies to the total payout including the returned stake on winning bets.
